Do you mean the doctors that I see or the the insurance that I have? If you mean the doctorsthey all are great and very considerate since I am permanently disabled and on a fixed income. They dont even bill me as much as they could. Quite recently my husband of years passed away, and I had to go to two of my doctors and neithr one of them sent me a bill. If you are talking about my insuranceit could be better. I have Medicare part A and part B. I also have American Health Associations health card, that helps me with opticians, veterinarian bills, dentists, that accept the plan, as well as other good things. It only costs year.

I can carry a tune ok, but when I try to really sing, I feel my vocal cords tighten and I start coughing. What are some good ways to warm up and get strength in your voice?

The reason you are having so much trouble is that you are simply trying too hard and no using your diaphram! You vocal cords should be like the bow on a violin it is why the music plays, but the sound comes from the instrument itself!brHere are some good tipsbrTry laying on your back on the floor and taking nice beep breaths from the mid section, between your chest and stomach. Feel the air rise in and out. Do this and practice it for a few minutes before trying to sing.brStart with simple stuff first, while still lying down Do Re Mi...brRemember that loud isnt always best and the more you practice, the better you will become and the more strength your vocal cords will get, just like exercising your muscles! brSounds like you are trying to be loud, but you need to focus on quality, no quantity. brTry drinking water with a very light touch of lemon in it between practicing. It helps clear out mucus and other things that could be effecting your voice. brBeware that even the most experienced singers lose thier voice from simply just singing too much. Dont overdo it! When you feel that you voice is scratching, take a break. Nothing wrong with it. A lot of singers do this.brRELAX!!! Dont try too hard. Feel the music inside of you. You can do this, it just takes practice and time. Dont try to hit notes that make you strain. If you are trying to sing like a certain artist, pick one that is close to your vocal range and keep in mind that it takes tons of practice to get where they are. Its about a girl named Rose Hathaway who is a dhampir half vampire, half human and she wants to be a guardian for her best friend Lissa. There is a really great book series I started to read, its called the Echo Falls Mystery series by Peter Abrahams, the first book is called down the rabbit hole. not sure if his last name is spelled right, google it or something It is really good, great suspense. brbrTo Catch a Pirate by Jade Parker is very good as well. Its a love story and very addicting. brbrbrA Year in Europe by Rachel Hawthorne is a good one too. It is about three friends from texas going to live in different parts of Europe for a year. And maybe explain....Id like to know what people think about this.

This is a hard one. I guess if I had to choose between the two, I would choose to have random strangers make fun of me for something I cant help.brbr Having a loved one make fun of you for any reason, would be longer lasting in a psychological sense. Also, your friends and family should be where you go for shelter from the world. If they were making fun of you, then they wouldnt be much of a friend.brbr At least with strangers, you dont have to see each of them on a daily basis and you would be able to go back to the comfort of your home.brbrWeather it is family or a stranger, I would make sure to let them know what a jerk they are for what they are doing. I have had to do this in the past on both sides. I figure if you can dish out the teasing, you darn well better be able to suck it up when I start dishing it out.

This is a hard one. I guess if I had to choose between the two, I would choose to have random strangers make fun of me for something I cant help.brbr Having a loved one make fun of you for any reason, would be longer lasting in a psychological sense. Also, your friends and family should be where you go for shelter from the world. If they were making fun of you, then they wouldnt be much of a friend.brbr At least with strangers, you dont have to see each of them on a daily basis and you would be able to go back to the comfort of your home.brbrWeather it is family or a stranger, I would make sure to let them know what a jerk they are for what they are doing. I have had to do this in the past on both sides. I figure if you can dish out the teasing, you darn well better be able to suck it up when I start dishing it out.

Not just one, but the lust for power is the worst see Cheney. Greedy is right up there as well, as evident in our continuing crime rates across the nation. Drugs, a type of greed, is also a root of evil. Ignorance is because if you dont educate yourself and not just school wise you will continually make mistakes and be closed minded to resolutions, which allows evil to continue to spread. I know Im the third person to say it, and despite the fact that I love lots of the classic stories, I have to agree that The Notebook takes some beating. The story will stay with you forever and make you appreciate the love that you have before you lose it. Nicholas Sparks other books are very memorable too. A second vote for a modern love story would be A Special Relationship by Douglas Kennedy quite strange that theyre both male writers, when normally speaking I think women write better love stories.

I have so many plans for the future. I wanna learn at least languages, I wanna learn everything there is to know about computers, I wanna learn how to cook, how to play the guitar bass piano and violin, I wanna learn how to kickbox, I wanna learn how to breakdance, I wanna learn more about cars and electronics. My ambitions are enormous, but is there just simply a limit to what the brain can hold in? I remember being incredibly skillful at math and chemistry about three or four years ago but now I am plain dumb when it comes to those. They say there a unlimited amount of things to experience and learn in the world, but whats the point if you only have limited quotharddrivequot space?
